Jesus is Man

John 1:14 "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."


Jesus is 100% man.
God took on flesh to walk among us.  His name was Jesus.

Matthew 1: 23 "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" (which means "God with us"). 

Jesus is 100% man minus the sin nature of man.  He is the incarnation of God with skin.  He took on flesh to feel what we feel.  He took on flesh to provide the ultimate sacrifice for sin.

John 1:18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only [Son], who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

Jesus is 100% man, God in the flesh.  If Jesus was not a man, He couldn't identify with our struggles and our temptations and He could not have died in our place.
